Narrative Version Update (14293)

All plans created with a plan date after September 21, 2026, will included the updated narrative version, titled October 2026. 

Updated Compliance Types (14294)

The list of available Compliance Types in BAI has been updated. The existing 503/VEVRAA entry has been renamed 503/VEVRAA (Legacy) and a new type has been added - 503/VEVRAA (as of October 2026). The new option will create plans with updated Narrative language for Individuals with Disabilities and all corresponding reports have been updated to reflect the new regulations. 

Narrative Article Number Update (14395)

The section headers in the BAI Narratives have been updated to include the § character within each article number. 

Export BAI Reports in Excel (14401)

Correction of a reported issue where the BAI Reports could not be run as Excel files. 

EEO-1/VETS-4212 Analysis Info Actions (14403)

Correction of a reported issue where the import/export functionalities in the Analysis Info section of the EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports were failing. 

BAI Compensation Report Update (14405)

Correction of a reported issue where the AVG Time in Company value in the BAI compensation reports did not match the corresponding BCP version.

Good Faith Efforts -  Annual Assessment (14295)

A new feature has been added to Good Faith Efforts which will create Annual Assessment documents for Protected Veterans and Individuals with a Disability using GFE activities. 

GFE Tracker - New Fields (14372)

The GFE Tracker has been updated to include source level tracking. Additionally, several columns have been updated to more accurately reflect their intention. 

Good Faith Efforts Effectiveness Scale (14416)

The Effectiveness Scale within the tool has been updated to reflect a five-level star rating system.
