Standardize Codes
What does the Standardize Codes Operation do?
Located under Data > Advanced, the Standardize Codes operation will ensure consistency in the use of upper-case letters in data coding, as stored in the Reference Data tables. By running this operation, you can obtain cleaner results when the File Consistency check is performed.
Select Code(s) and Run the Standardized Codes Operation
On the entry screen, choose one or more the following code types:
- Employee Number
- Race Code
- Gender Code
- Job Code
- Department Code
- Disposition Code
- Termination Code
- Promotion Code
- Transfer Code
All codes are selected by default.
Then, press the [Standardize Codes] button.
