Logging In
Supported Web Browsers
Berkshire is committed to developing browser-agnostic Web applications that will work on a variety of browsers and platforms beyond those listed below. The user interface is built, using only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and following current standards for each of these languages. Evolving security standards, the ability to stay current with these standards, as well as performance improvements made available in modern browsers, however, require Berkshire to support a limited number of platforms. Go to https://portal.berkshireassociates.com, and enter your email address and password on the login screen.
If you are a first time user, your administrator may provide you with login instructions or may direct you to use the Forgot Password link to set up a password, as shown below. Enter your email address, and the system will send you an email message with instructions on how to to reset your password.
Note: If your System Administrator has enabled single sign-on (SSO) for your Berkshire applications (balanceWORKS or Berkshire Client Portal), navigate to that SSO location to log in.
