Report Overview

Once a plan is completed in balanceAAP and published to BCP, users with access can view the results using the Data Visualizations and the Reports sections.

The Reports page, found on the left navigation menu, contains the most up-to-date versions of Berkshire plan reports. Upon entering the page, the user is presented with a comprehensive list of all available reports and narratives for each published plan the user has access to view. By default, all reports are organized by the Berkshire-recommended report groups.  If your organization requires custom report groups, they can be created through the Manage Reports section

At the top of the screen, you will see the currently selected plan for which the reports are pulled. Using the Currently Reviewing Reports action, users may switch between any multi, sub, and regular plan for which they have access. Unlike the data visualization pages, on this page you may only select one plan at a time.

All reports can be viewed in your browser or exported into PDF, Word, or Excel, if applicable. After a plan has been selected, an individual report can be viewed by clicking on the report name or the link to the right of the report name to open the report in a new tab. If you need to export multiple reports, the options at the top will provide you with the ability to select all reports or groups of reports. Once the selections have been made, the Export option is located on the right side of the page.

Report Options

Search

If a specific report is needed, users can use the Search option to locate the report within the larger list of reports. After entering in the desired term, the list will be automatically filtered by the entered value.

Global Settings

This option allows users to customize their reports with footers, page numbers, and even include bookmarks in the report exports.

Sub Plan Filters

If you are running reports at the master plan level and want to narrow down the results to specific plans, the Sub Plans Selected option allows you to choose more than one sub plan when exporting the reports. After selecting the option, a window will appear that contains all of the sub plans that are linked to the chosen master plan. Using the check boxes and direction arrows, choose the desired plans and select Save. Before you re-run the plan reports, make sure the page option is set to run the reports by the sub plans and not the master plans.
