Additional Internal Availability Tools
Use Other Internal Availability Functions
Some other Internal Availability tasks and settings are supported by buttons, located in the module's toolbars.
Quick Link to Availability Settings
The [Settings] button in the upper toolbar will return you to: Availability Calculation Settings.
Remove Downward Movement
Choose [Remove Downward Movement] from the lower toolbar to delete any invalid feeder assignments. From the pop-up, select:
- Apply to Current Job Group
- Apply to All Job Groups
Click [Apply].
Using the Feeder List Display
Expand Entry to Show Feeder Composition
Once one or more feeders have been created, the Feeder list will display by Job Code or Job Group, based on the Internal Availability / Feeder Options determined previously. For each feeder entry, the Total number of employees will display. By clicking on that entry, the Min[ority] and Fem[ale] composition will display.
Delete a Feeder
Check the box to the left of the Feeder's Job Code or Job Group entry. Click [Delete Selected Feeders], a button in the lower toolbar.
