Develop IWD/Veterans Metrics in a Master Plan
Below are additional instructions for performing the IWD/Veterans analyses, when working in a Master Plan.
Note: The IWD/Veterans function — and the Plan Information setting that initiates this function — are not available within a sub plan.
(Optional) Edit Hiring Overview by Sub Plan
On the Hiring Overview page, # of Jobs Filled and # of Jobs Opened can be customized by Sub Plan. Check the box for: Edit by Sub Plan. A drop-down will appear. Select the Sub Plan, enter the number, and Save the entry, as necessary. The drop-down will display any updated sub plans in bold face.
[Save] the settings.
About Importing Hiring Overviews for Master Plans
When [Import Hiring Overview Settings] is performed, a Plan code to identify the settings for each sub plan must be included.
Edit IWD Utilization or Veteran Hiring Benchmark by Sub Plan
For both IWD Analysis and Veterans Analysis, click Show Advanced Options. Choose: Edit Benchmark by Sub Plan. Use the provided drop-down to select the appropriate Sub Plan, one at a time. Update each benchmark percentage field, as necessary, and Save the entry. The drop-down will indicate updated sub plans in bold face.
