Creating a Job Group Structure Combining Job Groups Additional Options

The Job Group Structures page allows for the creation of a larger analysis group from multiple existing Job Groups. Using this feature, a set of Job Groups can be stored under a new name and the created set can be used on the Summary page, as an alternative to the default Job Group configuration.

Creating a Job Group Structure

In the job groups toolbar, enter a New Structure Name then click the Save option in the bottom left of the page. The entered name will then be available for selection in the Job Group Structure drop-down on the current page and in the structure drop-down in the Summary page.

Combining Job Groups

After creating the new structure, the individual job groups are combined into a larger group by selecting the new job group in the far right column called Combine Into Job Group.  The newly created job group can also be renamed in the text box to the left, if desired. If a new name is not entered, the existing name of the remaining job group will be used. After all changes have been made, navigate down, below the table, and click the Save button.

Additional Options

If a created structure needs to be removed, choose the name from the upper drop-down; and then select Delete.

At any time after Job Groups have been reconfigured, the system can return these settings to the default EEO categories. Navigate to the lower toolbar, and press Revert to Default, the third button from the left.
