Enhancements

BCP Updates for Regulatory Changes (10439)

Due to regulatory changes, the Berkshire Client Portal has been modified and, when activated, a plan's display can be updated to only show the changes listed below which are associated with the Individuals with Disabilities (Section 503) and Protected Veterans (VEVRAA) regulations: 

  • The Data Visualizations have been updated and will now only show the Overview, Individuals with Disabilities, and Protected Veterans sections.
  • The Data Visualization Overview tab has been updated to show only the IWD and Protected Veteran values by Plan Code and Job Group.
  • Update the Reports section to only show reports and narratives which relate to the IWD and Protected Veterans regulations. 
  • Overview Summary and Plan Summary exports have been updated to only show the sections and tabs which relate to the IWD and Protected Veterans regulations. 

Corrections

Report Corrections for Protected Class Statistical Value (10432)

Correction of a reported issue where in limited situations the Protected Class Statistical Value that is published from balanceAAP to the Berkshire Client Portal, is being incorrectly displayed in the Incudmbency vs Estimated Availability report and on the Utilization Summary tab of the Overall Summary export.
