Updating Protected Classes (10611)

The balanceAAP Protected Classes settings will now automatically update, to the recommended values, if the Compliance Type Setting is changed after the plan has been created.

Changing Compliance Type (10566)

Users will now receive a warning message after they change a plan’s Compliance Type Setting and attempt to move off the page without saving. Previously, users were able to automatically change this value without notification.

Data Visualization Changes for Compliance Types (10490)

The BCP Data Visualization sections will be updated with the following changes if one of the selected plans includes a Non-Discrimination Plan, but does not include a 503/VEVRAA plan:

• The Results By dropdown, on all DataViz tabs, will only include Individual Races.
• Overview
  • Goal Tiles have been removed. 
  • The data table section now includes all race and gender Pro
• Employment
  • Total Minorities and Total Females main tiles have been removed.
  • Minority and Female callouts in donut charts have been replaced with “Race” and “Gender"
  • Data drilldown tiles have been removed for all except Employment by Gender
• Goals
  • Removed from view.
• Goal Attainment
  • Removed from view. 
• Personnel Activity
  • Minority and Female callouts in donut charts have been replaced with “Race” and “Gender”
  • Data drilldown tiles have been removed for all except Activity by Gender. 
• Applicant Flow
  • Minority and Female callouts in donut charts have been replaced with “Race” and “Gender”
  • Data drilldown tiles have been removed for all except by Gender charts. 

Overview and Plan Summary Changes (10491) 

The Overview and Plan Summary reports have been modified and will now include data for all race and gender Protected Classes if the report includes a Non-Discrimination Plan. 

Additionally, the export report settings have been updated with the following changes:

• Overview Summary
  • The option to run the report by minority/female or by protected classes has been removed and the report will now always run by protected classes. 
  • Utilization Summary will now be excluded from view and the settings option hidden. 
  • The ability to include total minorities and non-minorities in the Adverse Impact Summary has been excluded from the report and the settings option hidden. 
  • Goal Attainment Summary has been excluded and the settings option hidden. 
• Plan Summary
  • The option to run the report by minority/female or by protected classes has been removed and the report will now always run by protected classes. 
  • Incumbency vs Estimated Availability settings have been hidden, and the report will now show all groups by default. 
  • The ability to include total minorities and non-minorities in the Adverse Impact Summary has been excluded from the report and the settings option hidden. 

Report Group Changes (10572)

The default Report Group settings have been updated, and the following reports have been added to the Technical Report section for applicable clients:

• Individuals with Disabilities Utilization Goals
• Veteran Benchmarks for Hiring Analysis

Service Deliverables Report Order (10148)

When plan reports are published to the Berkshire Client Portal and made available throuh the Service Deliverables section, they are now following the report order which is set in the Report Groups, through Manage Reports. Previously, the reports were not published in the correct order each time. 

Incumbency vs. Estimated Availability Report Footnotes (10569)

The Incumbency vs. Estimated Availability report has been updated and now shows the correct report footnotes for all plan types. This is a correction of a reported issue where the footnotes were not appearing for select plans, based on the plan’s Compliance Type. In these situations, the statistical significance footnote was incorrectly hidden, and the Utilization Rule indicator footnote was not consistent. 

Overall Summaries Report Settings Correction (10597)

Correction of an error that is initiated when user attempt to exclude the Overall section of the Overall Summaries report. 

Incumbency vs. Estimated Availability Report Highlighting (10606)

Correction of a reported issue where the Incumbency vs. Estimated Availability report was incorrectly highlighting sections for Non-Discrimination plans. This has been resolved, and this feature is no longer available. 

Personnel Transaction Summary Report Data Correction (10610)

The Personnel Transaction Summary report has been updated to correct a display issue where the Hires totals were showing as blank values, instead of showing a zero if the plan job group did not contain Hires.
