New IWD and Protected Veteran Narratives (10602)

The Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veteran Narrative templates have been updated and beginning March 5, 2025, all plans will be created with the latest version. Existing plans may be updated to begin using the new language through Narrative Settings.  

Plan Information Changes (10652)

The Company Name, Plan Name, and Establishment Name fields can now be modified within bAAP, after the plan has been published to the Berkshire Client Portal. These values can be updated on the Plan Information page. 

New Job Group Structure Feature (10635)

The Job Group Structures tool is now available for all bAAP users. This feature provides users with the ability to create and apply custom job groups to individual sub-plans. 

Changing Compliance Type In Update Plans (10649)

Correction of a reported issue where changing the Compliance Type setting in an Update Plan was incorrectly updating the plan's Personal Information fields, including the Personnel Action Date Range and the Plan Name. 

Import Feeders Update (10244)

The Internal Feeder update feature has been modified to correct a reported issue where users were unable to import feeders from another plan. 

Publish Plan Correction for AI for Applicants by Requisition Number (10647)

The Publish Plan process has been updated to resolve an issue where all plans that contain a Requisition Number within their Applicant Table data can now be published. 

Create New User Correction (10666)

The Create New User process within Manage Users has been updated to correct a reported issue where client administrators were unable to set salary and plan access for select users. 

Job Group Sort Order in Reports (10683)

An update has been made to properly show job groups in the correct sequence for all BCP Reports.
