About the System Audit Log
The System Audit log tracks certain plan preparation activities performed within balanceAAP by an administrative-level user to apply across the system, such as creating a Recruitment Area or deleting a custom User Field. By accessing System Tools > General / System Log, an Administrator can run the SYSTEM AUDIT LOG report, filtered by date and/or user.
Run System Audit Log Report
(Optional) Select Start Date and End Date, using the provided Calendar tools. Check the box to: Filter by User; then select a name from the drop-down.
Click the [Run Report] button.
The report will display in a PDF window for printing or saving. The SYSTEM AUDIT LOG report displays information by Date, User Name (email), Profile, Description, and Comments (if entered).
Click the browser’s [Back] button to return to balanceAAP.
