Create or Edit User

From the Manage Users page, select the [Create New User] option on the right side to begin the new user creation process.

If a user account needs to be adjusted, it can be opened by selecting the edit icon on the far right of each user entry.

Basic Information

User Details

Every user profile must have the following three fields:

  • Email
  • First Name
  • Last Name

User Role

The User Role will determine what each user can do and which sections they have access to in BCP. By default, all users are assigned the Report and DataViz View profile. However, you may change the role for any new user you have added to BCP.

Services Lines

The user-based service lines will determine which BCP application each user will be able to view. The options available on this page are tied to the selections made when the account was created.

Service Level Permissions

The Service Level Permissions are the functions within each Service Line that provide additional functionality. For the EEO entry, the only available option is for Salary. When this permission is set to on, the user will be able to view salary-related reports and information for all plans for which they have access.

Plan/Analyses Access

If requested, the user being created may be assigned access to any existing client plans. If this is a new client and a new user, this section can remain empty.

Summary and Submit

When all of the above items are filled out, you have the option to [Save] the user and move away from the page or [Save & Create Another User], which will save the entry and reload an empty version of this page.
