Review Personnel Analysis Settings

Under Plan Settings, the third tab shows options that control how balanceAAP calculates the external Hiring Analysis and the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis

Recommended Settings

The selection types checked by default will be counted as selected and/or in the pools for the external Hiring Analysis and the internal Competitive Promotions Analysis. You can customize these analyses by checking/unchecking the selection types settings listed below as long as the Selected types are also included in the Pool.

Available Disposition Options

  • Hired
  • Internal Successful
  • Offer Extended
