Compliance Type Plan Update (10731)

Modifications have been made to the software to accommodate changing regulations and recommended best practices. The following changes have been made to all plans:

• The Protected Veteran and IWD analysis will now be included by default for all Non-Discrimination and 503/VEVRAA plans.  
• The ability to create Functional Plans has been removed. 
• Total Minority has been removed as a Protected Class option and removed from the Adverse Impact and Monitoring sections on Plan Settings for Non-Discrimination and 503/VEVRAA plans.  
• Factor Weights have been updated to remove Minorities in Custom Factors and hide the Shortfall section, 
• History was updated to remove the Minorities fields. 
• AAP Overview has been removed for Non-Discrimination plans. 
• Goals have been removed from the Trend Reports and from the Dashboard charts and reports. 

Internal Availability Feeders Export Report (11017)

The Feeders Export Report within Internal Availability has been updated and now includes all plan-selected protected classes and their employee counts. 

Publish Plan Email Enhancement (11284)

Plans created for the Workforce Analytics Under Attorney-Client Privilege compliance type can now include a custom disclaimer message in the publish plan email that is sent from the Publish Plan pages. The disclaimer is set through the Global Settings feature located in AAP Reports. The disclaimer message will then be sent to the BCP Global Setting through the plan publish. 

Attorney-Client Privilege Disclaimer added to Report Summaries (10749)

Plans created and published to BCP for the Workforce Analytics Under Attorney-Client Privilege compliance type are now able to display a custom disclaimer message on the Overall and Plan Summaries reports. The disclaimer message is set through the Global Settings feature located on the Reports page. 

Compliance Type Display on Plan Selector (10990)

The plan selector tools within BCP have been enhanced and now display the compliance type of all available plans. 

Attorney-Client Privilege Disclaimer added to Data Visualization (11018)

Plans created and published to BCP for the Workforce Analytics Under Attorney-Client Privilege compliance type are now able to display a custom disclaimer message on the Data Visualization sections. The disclaimer message is set through the Global Settings feature located on the Reports page. 

Report Summaries Plan Type Selection (11331)

Correction of an issue where the Overall and Plan Summaries reports were incorrectly including sub-plan information when the plan type selection was set to only include master plan information.
